Warranty & Returns
Our products we offer come with both Maximum OC's return policy and the manufacturers warranty. Additional warranaty plans are available on certain items.
- Maximum OC provides a 30 day refund window and 1 year replacement window.
- All products require an RMA # to be issued.
- To receive an RMA # please contact Maximum OC via the form below.
- Returns for refund may incur a restocking fee if the item is opened but functional (~15-25% based on product). If the item received was damaged, incorrect (from what was ordered), or DOA the restocking fee is waived.
- Returns that are not in original condition or are missing components or the retail packaging will be subject to a minimum of a 50% restocking fee or possible rejection.
